HVAC Quote Book
A flat-rate price book and quoting tool that lives in one file on your phone. No account, no login, nothing phones home.
Open the Quote Book →Android phone, Chrome browser. Opens right here in the browser.
Try it in five minutes
- Setup tab: put in your own wage, overhead and markups, or leave the sample numbers to start.
- Quotes tab: + New quote, type a customer, + Repair, pick from the book. Tap After-hrs and watch the price move.
- Lock this quote, then Print / PDF to see the customer copy. Customer signs works with a finger.
- Price book tab: change a markup tier in Setup and every price in the book follows.
Keeping your work
- Tap Save. The first time, your phone asks where to put the file (Downloads is fine). That one file is your Quote Book from then on.
- After that, Save writes into that file, whether you are on this link or you open the file itself from your Files app.
- Open the file from Files and it runs without internet. Until you save, what you type stays in this browser on this phone.
What to tell me
- Anything that confused you, even for a second.
- A price that looks wrong for your area, and what you would have charged.
- A repair or part that is missing from the book.
